Medassist Clinic Platform
Enterprise-scale medical platform for a leading private clinic in Kursk, covering CMS evolution, doctor and schedule modules, patient account workflows, CRM forms, and integrated pricing architecture.
Medassist Clinic Platform is the digital ecosystem behind one of the leading private medical centers in Kursk and the region. The scope was significantly broader than a standard clinic website: it included public service content, doctor and schedule tooling, CRM intake scenarios, editorial modules, and a patient personal account connected to operational workflows.
Based on the current About page and production structure, the platform supports large-scale healthcare communication and patient flow management. At the time of review, public metrics on the website describe 400+ professional staff, 16 years of operation, and 2000+ services across 120 specialties.
#Platform Evolution: Three CMS Generations
The project evolved through three major CMS stages while preserving business continuity and SEO footprint:
- v1 archive on a custom PHP CMS.

- v2 archive on an updated custom PHP core.

- v3 archive migrated to 1C:Bitrix for stronger enterprise maintainability.

#Patient Reviews Module
The platform includes a dedicated reviews section where patient feedback is published through moderated workflows. A separate submission form supports review intake and helps maintain content quality and transparency.

#Doctor Catalog and Specialist Profiles
The doctor directory is organized for fast patient navigation, including alphabetical specialty listing and structured category entry points.

Each specialty page aggregates individual doctor cards with direct links to profile pages.

Every doctor profile contains detailed professional context: experience, education, certificates, and patient feedback. Profiles also include relevant specialists for lateral navigation between similar providers.

When appointment slots are available, doctor cards expose schedule-aware actions (view schedule and book appointment), reducing booking friction.

#Schedule Page with Practical Filtering
The schedule page is optimized for operational appointment search, with filters by specialty, doctor, and clinic location plus text search support.

#Service Architecture and Readable Content Pages
The services root page presents service directions in a scalable list layout suitable for high-volume medical catalogs.

Service detail pages are built for readability and maintainability, with structured text blocks and reusable composition patterns.

Some verticals, such as cosmetology, use dedicated visual navigation patterns with mapped graphics for faster section jumps.

Where service trees include nested directions, card-style subcategory modules improve discoverability and reduce bounce depth.

#Accounting-Driven Price List
The price section is synchronized from 1C:Accounting, reducing manual inconsistency between operational and public pricing.

The price tree supports unlimited nesting for complex service taxonomies.

Filter controls are designed for quick patient lookup by service direction and keyword context.

#Editorial Modules: Articles, Promotions, and News
The medical articles catalog uses card-based previews and consistent information hierarchy.

Individual article pages prioritize reading comfort with structured banners and long-form body content.

The promotions section highlights current offers in a visual card feed with dedicated detail pages.

The news feed supports pagination and standard editorial detail pages, including optional photo gallery mode for visual announcements.

#Media Galleries and Contact Infrastructure
Media delivery includes photo gallery and video gallery sections, including fullscreen viewer support for visual materials.

The contacts page provides branch-level information and interactive map integration for easier route planning.

#CRM and Patient Personal Account
The CRM layer includes callback requests, appointment requests, and feedback forms as separate intent channels. On top of that, the patient personal account supports appointment management, upcoming and historical visits, test history, and loyalty/bonus scenarios.
#Search and Static Content Operations
Full-text search with section-aware context helps users navigate a large, multi-module medical platform.

Static pages are implemented for long-lived informational content with maintainable markup patterns. The about section includes trust metrics that strengthen institutional credibility.

#Bottom Line
Medassist Clinic Platform is a mature healthcare product ecosystem rather than a single brochure website. Its CMS evolution, doctor/schedule architecture, accounting-backed pricing, CRM intake flows, and patient cabinet capabilities created a durable operational core for one of Kursk’s largest private medical providers while supporting content growth, discoverability, and patient self-service at scale.
